Unregistered Players:
Players affilation and ER status should be verified by both teams prior to the event.

If you play in a match with a player who is unregistered please use the follow guidelines:
Take a Screenshot
-Contact the player (Battle Room, XFIRE, fellow clan member)

If you are able to get in touch with them:
-Ask them for their ER ID, and if they are registered
-Ask them to send an affiliation request using:
http://www.eclipticalrealms.com/wargames/club-affiliations.asp

If you are unable to get intouch with them:
-Send a PM using ER boards to their club captain (allow 24 hrs for response)
-Send a PM to ER Moderator with Match humber if reported and screenshot.

Roster are opeing during the events, and club captains have the ability to add members to their roster. If you feel the need to submit the match with unknown or unregistered players use the "player not on roster" field AND put int he remarks who that player was. You shoudl also send a PM to a moderator and attempt to follow the above steps.
