User Profile Today while I was having 1v1 on dc server, a player named “^sA^Ara?ian-P-” kept talking in general chat. I asked him several times to stop that, but he ignored this requests and started to insult me and my clan. When I tried to kick him, dc members, which were currently on server didn’t let me do it. Later I was told that he was not the member of dc, and just a client.
Later this day on DP server I, Ravager!!BOSS, [E]Nordic and 3 DP members were having a 3v3, dc members connected. The same story repeated again, they again talked in general chat and ignored requests to stop this.
After this episode I looked through the chat log, which my kt recorded while I was on DP server, and below are some extracts from it:
^sA^AraЯian-P- connected
^sA^AraЯian-P- renamed to player h8ter
player h8ter renamed to dc'Slayer
After thinking this over I came to conclusion that there are 2 possible explanations of this story:
1) Player “^sA^AraЯian-P-” is a member of dc clan. Members of dc clan purposefully lied to moderator (me) about his identity and let him insult me and my clan.
2) Player “^sA^AraЯian-P-” is not a member of dc clan. Members of dc clan purposefully let him insult me and my clan, they didn’t let me kick him. After the episode on dc server they told him the ip and password of DP server. There he assumed the name dc'Slayer, while not being a dc member.
From my point of view behavior of dc members in both variants is unacceptable.
So, unless DC have anything to say in there defense, I suggest ban of DC clan from this event (SaberWeek 19).
EDIT: I have kt logs and some screenshots as a proof of all this. Due to the fact that this logs contain private information, I’ll not post them here, but I can show them to other moderators and director. Validity of this logs can be proved by ET, cause he can look through server logs.

User Profile arabian is not a member, he just put on dc tag because friends of his are in dc, that;s why we didn;t kick him.
i apologise for everything that happened. banning us from the event won't be necesary

2.From what i read you are the only ones complaining and crying like a baby since you obviously suck at this game and cannot comprehend what its all about.Therefore i suggest you su until you win a match.

1) I can’t ban/kick anyone from the server or change password, cause I am not the admin of DP server, and of course I am not the admin of your server. I am a moderator, and I can only ban/freeze people on ER site.
2) Whether I suck in this game or not it’s absolutely irrelevant, whether I win or loose matches against your clan members is also irrelevant. If you think that only kids “cry” when they are insulted, you are sadly mistaken. Besides other people are fed up with your behavior too.
3) I am the moderator, and my duty is to watch that the rules are followed. Even if I don’t care, I have to act nonetheless.

I don't care about some guy, who's not signed in event.
What I care about is:
- HOW did he got the IP of the server and with what purpose you guys told him that IP.
- people who are supposed to help me kick him, instead tell me that they are not going to do it (dc'xdr, »Db'Xx'd|Рi, dc_Fire).
- people who are signed up, break the rules, and ignore the requests to stop it (meaning »Db'Xx'd|jean, dc'xdr, dc'Slayer – not a member I hope).

User Profile Well… It seems that DC clan members have broken this rules:
Server Etiquette:
3. All spectators must use TeamChat when a game is live.
Player Etiquette:
1.All players should respect one another and threat each other with respect.
and didn’t let me deal me with unregistered player, who broke this rules even worse, therefore violating this rules:

2.Any player breaking this rule will receive a warning, if a player continues to be a problem then that player will be disqualified from the event and be subjected to Ecliptical Realms player abuse policies.
I’ve discussed this issue with ET and we’ve decided that DC clan we’ll be given last warning.
Anyway I must remind dc_Muse and dc_Divide that by being a club leader and team captain accordingly they should watch out for there members behavior. So, if anything like that happens again, DC clan will be disqualified from the event, according to the rule:

3.To all club leaders: if a club has ongoing issues with players getting out of line and you do not take control of your players and put an end to it, then your club may be disqualified from the event.
I hope it will not come to this...

First of all Im sorry I couldnt understand the majority of your reply due to alot of poor Grammar and spelling , Mainly in the 2nd paragraph though it was apparent throughout.

Face Facts. It's obvious that most of the players don't know the rules. Without rules in a major event we are lost.
SaberWeek is becoming big again (even without USA servers we have a lot of players active) and everytime this event gets a boost there are always many players whining.... bt hax, bt rules not obeyed, bt maturity issues as well.
All I can really add is that we are all in it and with the rules as a guideline to clans, players and gameplay.
Now have fun or eat your pet!

This name I took from the log, I don’t know whether such player exist or he just changed his name to this for some reason.
Also you may have noticed that most of the time only I play for my clan that means that I can’t really win this event. So pls don’t accuse me of being afraid or smth like that, I already ‘lost’ before even starting, and play mostly for fun.
I understand your feelings about this matter, but pls try to look at this from moderator’s point of view. No one wants to ban your clan because they don’t like it or we are ‘afraid of competition’, we just can’t let such things happen cause it spoils the game for everyone.
As I said before your clan is NOT banned, and therefore your apologies are ACCEPTED. I hope that such things we’ll not happen again and this issue will be over.

You're correcting my English (where most of the mistakes were typo's but it was my own fault to think you where bright enough to figure that out), while I'm Dutch. It is not my first language unlike you. You seem to be living in Ireland, therefor your English is naturally better than mine.

As far as I know I've never said anything or done anything that could make you think I meant that. I clearly said afraid of competition. But even that all and even not my poor spelling/grammar beats this. You corrected me with a typo, where the G clearly is next to the F, and you're saying "pritty". This isn't a word that excists. It's properly spelled PrEtty. Which clearly can't be a typo since the I is no way near the E.

My Dutch friend I do believe your information about Ireland is extremly limited. Ireland has Gaelthact area's about 10% of the Country's population first language is Gaelic. Did you ever consider I may be from one of those area's?

Every educated person can try and read what another tries to say in words.... still words aren't as solid as spoken language. Don't let this turn in a "I know better english contest" because there isn't something as a bigger language nor a better meaning and interpretation of words solidly.
