BW13 begins Friday July 13 at 0000.  With that I have a few announcements.  First the average rating played for both club and individuals has been changed to .60-1.0 from .70-1.0. This will effectively lower the skills points receieved by as much as 10% for those have low (lower) average rating played. 

Player Freezes - The following players, TBS Scorch and Loner Yem have been frozen from this event and will not be permitted to play.  If you play in match against them there you risk the STRONG possibility that it will be deleted.  Furthermore, the mods will be on high alert for ANY behavioral problems during the event. 

Responsibility - All event particapants, Club and Game Captains are expected to check their PMs (and reported matches) thoroughout the event.  Clu Captains receive a PM whenever a match is reported against "Player not on roster" for their club. They have 48 hrs to contact a moderator or the match will be moved to the game captain. If the game captain is in the match they will be moved to the club captain.  In the future we will not hold off finalizing events due to disputes that are first reported after an event has been closed.  If a moderator sends you a PM you should make every attempted to answer them, or let them know when you will have them an answer. Failure to reply will result in the Game Directory (me) making a decision based on the information that we have available.

Screenshots - Screenshot links are not required for this event, however if we continue to have a large frequency of misreported matches they will be manditory for the next event. This will mean more time will be spent reporting matches and less time playing.
