2.  Look for others with same status

3.  You may be challenged or you can go challenge someone

4.  Gather as many ppl as possible to make a match.  Someone start a group xfire chat to setup the teams, maps, servers, etc.

Another method is to have everyone go to the Battle Room Chat, located here on the ER site.  It would be used only for setup of the match, NOT ingame chat.

Additionally,

Ppl may use the public TeamSpeak provided by ER. 

1.  Find your club channel and put yourself in the sub-channel called "Available for Match". 

2.  Also, scan the channels to see if they are available for a match and switch to that channel for discussions.
