Hi,

You might not know me but I am {TL20}_Red.Leader of "The Lost 20" clan. Just thought I would mention that if for any game you need a quick and easy server for a battle I would suggest a highly reliable company called Dedifrag.com

Our clan uses them without any bother at all. They are UK based but have great ping for even North American players. We have a full up dedicated server for Star Wars Battlefront and use this for hosting ER Battleweeks matches all the time.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a server.

Problem is tho.. Pound of GB to USA Dollars is 2X for us

18 pounds= 36 dollars here.. So its really double for us...

Ill keep that in mind tho for our JK2 provider for servers

But I think Ashyr's comment is the most that says why some or msot US clans wont use it. Because the GBP is like 1 and USD is 2.04 so thats not a good exchange rateat all. MORE THAN DOUBLE. So if u do all ur setting up things and u go to checkout it might be 45GBpounds but in US, thats OVER $90. thats way too expensive.

Dont forget the 100-300 ping u will get :P


Or you could buy USA for 1$ a slot and a lower ping.

AndImagine the West Coast dudes and hwo they will play with higher ping. thats why I like sevrers near east cost, for Euro peeps and West Coasters. A Balance.

Hey Red,

Thanks for introducing yourself outside of Battleweek.  Some people tend to stay within their own gaming world.    Also, great pitch for the Dedifrag as it may be helpful to some players depending on their location.  Some ppl in North America may benefit, some may not, but it is fair for a UK players to have something more local.  Agreeing on the server is important for all parties no matter what.

Furthermore, your offer for its use is great as there are new clans to BW19 this go around that have more UK based players!!!

It is a little pricy isnt it.

You can also opt for blackbagops @ http://www.blackbagops.com which have great cheap servers. I beelieve its 2 dollars per slot, and we have a 12 person slot server which is 23 CAD a month.
