Well I have a server you can use.
Our clan will not yet participate because we just started but you are free to use the server.
Its located in the netherlands and has 16 slots.
Its pretty fast.

I used to be in the NRN for over 3 years.
Not really active in JKA but I was the Counter Strike Source europe leader. And no there was no split.
