Anyone know exactly if those who already have servers will somehow be able to host First Strike.  If not, will there be dedicated FS Servers?

ASF currently has a ranked server, but I am not sure if we can get the server provided to upload the mod so we can play............

I too am looking forward to the MOD and the trailer was excellent.

Adding mods is easy for BF2142 server providers and the host I was using had the option built into its setup already. It's easy to add mods for clients as well and mod servers will appear in the server list along with all the rest. This mod will certainly get supported by game server hosts and it'll open up hosting plans from other providers who haven't touched the game based on it's official ranking system and their inability or unwillingness to be an official provider.

We'll soon be able to see if the mod uses the traditional server setup area or if they've been able to manipulate that as well. Roll on September.
