Ok well after it has become apparent that some players decided to try and manipulate the new ARP implementation by basically refusing to play until 4 days into the event to see who is rated what and then pick and choose thier matches based on those peoples rankings,this is a heads up that it is being discussed that we may change the minimum ARP back to 0 giving everyone basically the old stat system back to how it was in the last CW.Regardless of wether its in middle of an event or not,certain issues have arisen regarding certain players and intentional manipulation of the system is first of all intolerable and also some players are also being reviewed for blackballing people now based on refusing matches because of peoples ratings.
Let it be no surprise,blackballing is going to stop,you know who you are and basically were going to remove you from all future events if it doesnt end right now.Some who have already been given warnings and dealt with in the past,there will be no warningsjust a straight out ban from future events and ER TS.

You guys need to go by points, if you look at the player ratings and club ratings that makes a whole lot more sense. I mean going by this system, if you all keep this poop for CW15 I'm just going to exploit it come next round.

I've read your in game speech Boogs, and quite frankly you disgust me. We made it a point that all unfounded accusations will not be tolerated, so you can either submit proof that TR has blackballed you, or you must apologize and retract your statement. In case you forgot, blackballing is defined as the following:
Blackballing Rules
1.NO club/player should intentionally engage in a practice of telling thier members not to play certain clubs/players.If there are issues between clubs/players resulting in two sides not wanting to play each other,they should be reported to mods so to prevent escalation of problems.
2.Blackballing may be percieved differently by different people.If you are challenged to a match and have an excuse for refusing but are then seen entering a match soon afterwards against someone else this may be percieved as blackballing.However if you just finished a match against a club and they turn around an challenge you again and you refuse,this is not blackballing since you honored the initial challenge and already played.
3.All incidents of blackballing should be reported to a mod or gaming director or Maelstrom.Please provide specific information along with any proof such as screenshots,TS recordings etc...
Punishment for Blakballing: 1st Offense a severe warning. 2nd Offense a 30 day ban from SWBFII events and ER TS. 3rd Offense a permanet ban from SWBFII events and ER TS. Please think twice before engaging in blackballing and please remind your own club members of the consequences.
If you have proof of this, by all means submit it. But do not accuse people or clans of blackballing simply because they are beating you. I play for TR and have personally played in every match requested, even alongside non TR members.
Unfortunately this has not been a very active event, but hopefully once everyone is done with their vacations that the events will pick back up as normal.

That's nice.
Go by points it would be far more fair to everyone who puts in the effort in playing a lot of matches, winning and losing, and it just plain make sense the way you have thing set up here. You don't really have to change anything else, just go by points for ranks and all that.

Going by points sounds like the next best option with a bonus score for the winning team. Clearly this way didn't work only reversing the blackballing. Is that what really happened here? I don't know.
It makes no sense that someone with say 800 points to be ahead of others with obviously a huge difference in ammount of points and games played to be in first. If my game was working ....why would higher ranked players want to play me/us? They wouldn't. Let's not play dumb here people. No offense to anyone but we know it's true.

People aren't going to play anyone low ranked now because they want to be ranked? Isn't that the point? Play higher ranks or you're out.

Chuck what seemed to be or what i heard was happening is that some teams were waiting to play later on after the event started when teams got ranked. So for example if eX plays their butts off from the get go and some teams hold out to then come in later in the event to play them. It's like the reverse of they way it was before. So to some it seems like just what Visualizer was saying that some are manipulating the new system. Is that really true? Again, as I said above I don't know.

TR played one match the first day they stopped playing for 2 days to wait for clans such as dx ex or rage for example because we play a ton of matches. then TR comes in and is like bend over

I do agree it is ridiculous how DW plays tons of matches wins a fair amount of them and overall gets 2nd behind TR who plays a couple games. I would do this but i mean i want to have this even thrive thus i get as many matches as possible, u know i got what 62 matches or so and started playing sunday night? It really gets on my nerves but w/e.
I also want to bring up the rule changes thing , its funny how we changed all these rules to compromise with the GWL clans and then most of them rarely play just what i thought would happen but i thank u GWL clans that are still conitnuing to play 
IDK man its just getting quite odd i agree with Devil to some extent he and many others deserve a higher rank then they are.

I would like to point this out,for everyone being confused and complaining.We changed the stats back so the minimum ARP is not a factor.You can all view the stats for yourselves.While there was some changes in the personal player ratings,the club ratings did not change at all when the minimum ARP stat was taken out making the stats the same again as they wre for last CW.So please stop complaining about Club ratings,its had very little impact on clubs ratings.It mainly affected player ratings.
Also there are a few late submissions yet to be reported cause I wasnt given the acurate information to report them but they will be reported.Theres also some disputes and unlisted player issues which need sorting out so the final results are going to be a ways away before being official.

How about you Limit how many times you can verse each clan and in order to get ranked how many different clans you have to verse like make that number around 4

The reason I don't play is because of black balling and stat padding by some other clan which I can't mention... because they'll get on and say prove it--it's obvious they do it. To solve some problems maybe that particular clan should have to sit a week. Hell I'll play with bots, but I won't sit here and play like 50 matches and have an unmentionable clan come in, play 8 matches and be like we're so leet we pwnt you guys. Ex deserves the win, honest to god. So ya I'm glad the clan that I'm not going to mention can manipulate a stat system, hope you enjoy it.

People caught blacballing have been dealt with as well as others who showed unsportsmanlike conduct during matches.I'm freezing this thread so it doesnt turn into another flaming thread.
