Please PM me match numbers were RedCell refused to play the second match of a set, specificially when the would be trando.. This has not been a problem in the past but I have gotten 3-4 complains about this. No need to post here, this is note a debate or a discussion.

Well, I know I don't need to post, but I played in a match where we only played one game, but I HAD to go, so much that I left in the middle of the match. So obviously a second couldn't be played, as they wouldn't let me get a sub.

I participated once in a match where this happened, I don't know technically if we agreed to 2 matches, but I presume we did. Personally, I have experienced the same crap from FS, where everybody leaves without even a word, after we beat them on Trando. We were at least decent enough to tell them.

yeah, thats happened alot, and then sometimes, they go and get way better dudes, and then they say
YOU STACKED, RC YOU STACKED! YOU GUYZ SUCK!
i've also experienced such things from a certain MotR, but i talked to falcon about him

People have to realize that, though some of us play for fun, clans want to win matches. To do that they need better players than the opponent's team, let's leave strategy and communication out of this for now. Every team brings in good players when others need to leave, but FS has backed out of matches because the player subbing in was better than the player subbing out (e.g. Smurf subbing in for me). I am not saying that FS are the only ones who do it, I am just using that as an example, since I know FS was complaining when we backed out of a second match.

I have instances where =FS= just left and on the way out Monk said "Screw You" and that was about it and they all just left, there are other times too.
I have had the same problem with MotR as well where Sand has said to me "You f***ing stackers" and left. So don't blame RedCell for everything.

Sorry for Double Post, but I don't see an Edit button.
As far as I know there is no rule that stats you have to play 2 matches even if agreed upon and no rule that stats anything about it counting as a Forfeit. As for when I have only played one match, the second was not agreed on. Those instances with MotR and =FS= 2 matches were agreed on and they just left.

I made a point of this on these forums after RedCell walked out on the second match purely because they didnt want to lose again, pretty poor sportsmanship in my opinion. I feel that there should be a rule added that makes it so all matches must be played in sets of two, reason being rep has a huge advantage on trandos. I dont see any reason why this rule cant be instated.

This is a rule in EaW and it has stopped alot of ppl from hopping out on matchs.

You have no right to complain about it because it isn't a rule. So make it a rule first, before you start spitting out pure BS.

ok link you win. Delete any forfiets that were submitted, it wont make a difference. But, for the next tournament lets fix this unfortunate loop hole in the rules

I am only looking for information so I can figure out a solution on how to deal with the problems going forward. I received alot of PMs and saw a few match notes that indicated RC had left numerious match after losing the first one as trando.. I am trying to get an idea of how frequently this is happening and if the players involved at the same players each time or any other commmonality. As there is no rule for this in DW, there is no justification for me to do anything with regards to matches submitted in this event, and my initial post never said that whatever course of action that would be taken would affect DW9. Before a rule can be made we need to get an understanding of the problem first, so that that rule addresses the problem..

I have talked to Monk about this as he was the only one doing it that I am aware of... It should no longer be problem.. If it continues let me know.. As he is no longer in FS I trust the next time I hear about it there will be no need to mention FS in the same sentence.
