Firstly, the rules don't imply that it is disobeying them to insult someone that is not even in the match. None of my comments were directed at MotR. Secondly, I did respond to your PM BPrendy so don't go around telling people that I did not, because I sure as heck did or if you didn't get it then blame the website. Thirdly, and finally, this little event did not occur on one of the last days of the event, it was more around less than half way through.

User Profile Yes I did come at it the wrong way, but the no subbing rule happened to be sprung on me for the first time there. I should have read the rules first, but I didn't. I completely agree with you on how you frozen me for this event, but for the next one also is over the top. Your reasons for it aren't very good.

User Profile This is ridiculous Link Freezing players for tourneys is quite realistically the only mode of punishment ER. Your offense was probably the most serious outside of cheating. Now whether you agree with who the mods are or their availability its your choice to play in ER by their rules or not.

Bp posted your ban the morning of the second to last day, so I stand corrected. However, this is still the norm for punishments like this.
Mods are in their own time free of charge to help run these events and you bite their heads off... What do you expect? If you don't like the rules then leave. These rules are nothing more than what good sports manship would look like, but we've had to make them into rules... Such as this new one people want us to add "no in game chat" yeah right... so no one can talk in game because I few people can't think before they press enter.

User Profile The no subbing rule goes beyond good sportsmanship, it is asking everyone to be able to devote a lot of time without interruption into a game. Thats a lot to ask. Now the people who I have heard about getting banned from language only got banned for that event. Also, I can think perfectly well before I press enter. Finally, people attack you moderators because of the stupid rules. I would leave ER, but its the only SWRC tournament hosting place. Besides, I don't even play it to win or anything anymore, I play it so I can have some more organized matches with people. I'm sorry for what I did, that was very far out of line, but seriously 2 events? I'm going to have to wait long enough as it is since BP said there would not be a tournament next month. Finally, the reasons BP gave where that I got banned later in the tournament, which is not true, and that I didn't respond to his PM, which is not true either. I am asking you to please consider the facts here and not ban me for the next event also.

User Profile Lol you just don't get it. YOU (the community) are the reason these rules have been put into place. The devotion of both rounds was made because unnamed players continued played Rep side and left and flat out refused to play trando. Not because they had to go either.
Again I also point out that you all want us to ban in game talking... again another RULE YOU WANT. We are not your baby sitters, yet somehow I cannot help feel that we have become so.
Bans have never been up for debate and never will be. If you read the rules and pay attention you would have known that doing what you did would have earned you a ban. You keep insisting this is two events you're sitting out... It's only the next event we hold and it was the last 2 days of this one... hardly two events don't exaggerate your punishment to make you seem over punished.
Again these rules are only put into effect because the players apparently need them. Not because we mods feel the need to sit here and make rules up all day long to annoy the players. Think about what you're saying before you say it.

User Profile Link, I sent a PM to you on 2007-11-12 5:47 PM. I waited until 11/14 for your reply. You did not reply so I forced to sit you from the event, as well as the next event since there was only day remaining in DW10. I felt that your offense warranted more than a 1 day freeze as compared to others that had been frozen an entire event. Also your xfire status of "bprendy actually sucked my balls" was not respectful or appropriate.
