I was just thinking last night and I was wondering how people felt about the concussion rifle. I have heard some people say that it shouldn't be noob and other people say that it should be noob.
So I was just wondering that maybe if we took it off the "noob list" that maybe it would add an interesting twist to gameplay.
Things to take into account:
-only has 10 shots
-not effective SHOOTING weapon in close range combat (leads to suicide kills)
-has an effective melee IF you can hit the person
-easy to dodge
-most kills from the conc REQUIRE hitting the person so it sticks

Alright Flash here are my comments...
- Even though it only has 10 shots I'm pretty sure if you practice good and time well you can take out most of the other team...
- Sure it leads to suicide kills but who does that help?
- No comment on the mellee thing.
- It is somewhat easy to dodge but even if you dodge it well it might still damage you and after 3 shots your dead....
- You may have to hit the person but you can just be on lockdown in a tower or whatnot and just aim for the shields or the ground and have one teammate underneath you so it's easy kills....
All in all I personally don't think it should be noob but for tournaments such as BW, DW, AW I think it should still stay on the list.

It's a noob weapon.
-If it does hit you, you are instantly dead, like AA, Rockets, EC, etc.
-AA only has four shots, yet it still packs a punch.
-The melee not only does damage through the melee, but the electrical shock that follows gives extra damage.
List goes on, and is/should be considered to be a noob weapon.

Its so noob...srry flash but picture CTF with conc's allowed. Gaurding base would be so easy...like people would never score lol(thinkabout rep on engine up on the catwalks) that would be redick bro.
