PMS:

All players are expected to check their PMs whenever possible. Club and Game Captains are expected to check and respond to ALL PMS received with special attention to PMs from Moderators and other Club/Game Captains.  Failure to do so could result in loss of matches or loss of particapation priviledges.

Screenshots:

All participants are encouraged to take screenshots and keep them until after each event is finalized. If you are submitting matches you may be asked to provide a screenshots if they are disputed. It is the responsibility of the person who reported the match to get the screenshot if they do not have one on hand. By reporting a match you undertake that responsibility, and its not one that you should take lightly. If a match is disputed the submitter will be asked for a screenshot. This is not meant to be accusatory, it is just the first step in resolving the dispute.

Currently the moderators are exploring a new alterative with reguards to these issues.  It was thought that involving the club captains would help to address this problem. However after several events we are still seeing too many of these matches and the club captains are not engaging the moderators to get their people registered.

Unregistered Players:

An ER standard is emerging to deal with this problem.

Captains will automatically receive a PM when a match is reported against a player not on their roster. They will have 48 hours to contact a moderator or the matches will be moved the Game Captain for that club.  If the Game Captain is in the match it will be moved to the club captain.

Please rememeber when you submit the match with "player not on roster howeve you must put in the match notes 1. who the player was, and 2. who you contacted from their club to get them listed. Failure to do either of these could result in your match being deleted.
