Server Settings Guidelines
As it is known that when starting a match in Space using Assault mode,it will automatically resort to a default of 16 AI regardless of settings. So you have two options, either just play with the default settings or use a buffer in which case it should be 12- # of human players.
Using a buffer map instructions
If you are using BlackBagOps Server Manager or Remote manager to set server up for a space match, you will need to put a Ground/Conquest Map first in Map Rotation to get the AI count
correct. Otherwise, no matter what you set the AI count for the # of AI will be 16.
How to set maps in BlackBagOps Server/Remote manager. On Map tab, select any ground map, then select the Space map(s) agreed on for the match. Then on the Misc tab, Set both the CON AI Players Per Team and the ASS AI Players Per Team to the amount of AI needed.
Example: Match is 2v2 Space Yavin & Hoth - On Map tab set ground map cor1g_con (Corusant), space map is spa1g_ass, spa8g_ass. Then go to the Misc tab and set CON AI Players Per Team to 10 (12-#of human players) and set ASS AI Players Per Team to 10. Once everyone is in the server on the ground buffer, the admin of server can rotate to Space map and you are Live On Start.
If you are hosting the server from your game, there is no need for a ground buffer. The AI should remain set to whatever you set them to.
Additional Hosting Rules
1. Battles to be Password Protected and password will be decided by the creator of the event. Check the event information for suggested passwords.
2. Any Auto Aim settings whether known or unknown shall be OFF (Legal global notification).
3. Spawn Invincibility set to 2 seconds.
Team Bonus Reporting
1.The maximum amount points the winning team may report is 200 regardless of wether you score more then 200 in the final seconds before the match ends.
2.With the delay from when a player actually reaches 200 to when victory appears on the screen,it is possible in a close match that the losing team may also have scored over 200,in this case the maximum amount of points allowed repped for a losing team is 199.
3.These changes are being made due to a time glitch which is a delay between the time a person actually hits 200 points and when Victory appears on the screen.Regardless of the points showing, which ever team has victory appear is the winner and the above default scores should be used to report the match.
4.To clarify however any losing team recieving less then 199 points should have thier "actual points" reported for the match, the 199 default is only to be used in a close match when the delay time glitch happens.
Gameplay Rules:
1. All games can meet in either Ecliptical Realms Battle Room, X-Fire, Ventrilio, or Clubs TeamSpeak servers. These are used to setup and coordinate matches.

Disputed matches where there are no screenshots for proof will be deleted. (Reporter(s) are responsible for assigning the correct point values to kills, deaths, and winning team as described in the event information and report the number of AI left of winning team)
12. Winning teams will report Battle Results of the two games played unless agreed upon by other parties in the match.
Unlisted Player Guidelines
Unlisted Player is a tool to help people report a match in the event people failed to check rosters for opponents to verify a persons on a roster. These matches however are not meant to be left unedited. You have the ability to edit a match within 48 hrs. if you reported the match.
1.The person reporting the match must make an attempt to contact the club whos player participated but is not on the roster. Also contact a moderator explaining the match #,player involved and their club name.
2.If the club whos player played and was not on the their roster does not get the unlisted player on their roster within 48 hrs so the person who submitted can edit the match, then the clubs captain that failed to get the unlisted player on their roster will end up having the match reported to the clubs captains name.
3.If the club captain already was involved in the match, then another random member of that club may be chosen by the editing moderator to replace the unlisted player with.
We hope this will encourage all clubs to make sure they keep thier rosters in order and make sure any players who play for your club are on the roster so the matches can be reported properly without needing a moderator to fix them.
Player Misconduct
Please advised that player misconduct is not permitted and could lead to you as player being frozen from the event and also clubs may be held responsible if multiple offenses keep occurring from the same club.
Unacceptable behavior includes:
1.Teamspeak violations-swearing,jumping into clans channels while their in game channel.
2.Unsportsmanlike conduct during matches such as offensive in game chat or harassment.
3.Intentionally joining servers with the purpose to disrupt an ongoing match.
Basically use common sense, everything cant be listed so just because it does not appear in this listing does not mean you may not be held accountable for misconduct.
