6. Maps and sides will be agreed upon prior to game host launching game.
7. Host – Loads only the Map agreed on.
8. All participants are responsible for taking screenshots of Scores/recording the Ships destroyed for each team. This is very valuable in the case of a dispute. Disputed matches where there are no screenshots for proof will be deleted. (Reporter (s) are responsible for assigning the correct point values as described in the event information)
9. Player made maps are NOT allowed.
10. Players must play on a map made for the match size (1v1s are to be played on 2 player maps).
Non-Expansion Rules
1. Each Team Must play both sides (Rebels and Imperials) of the map, or forfeit will result.
2. Each team will host one side of the map decided; unless both teams agreed prior to start of the match. If a team refuses to play on another teams server, this is considered a violation of fair play and considered a forfeit (See Forfeit Rule below).
3. Winning teams will report Battle Results of the two games played unless agreed upon by other parties in the match. Games Reported are to be reported at: http://www.eclipticalrealms.com/
4. Game play authorized (team configuration) can be 1 versus 1 up to 4 versus 4. No uneven games will be permitted/authorized or reported.
5. Each Team Plays both Factions of the map for the Game to qualify as completed Battle. Each Game result will be reported as individual games played.
Forces of Corruption Expansion Rules:
1. Teams may play as any faction they wish.
2. Teams are only required to play one game to complete the match
3. Winning teams will report Battle Results of the game played unless agreed upon by other parties in the match. Games Reported are to be reported at: http://www.eclipticalrealms.com/

Player Disconnects During Game Event
If player (s) drop prior to either team reaching Space Station level 2, the match must be restarted. Any drops occurring after the Space Station level 2 mark must continue until the match is completed. If a player disconnects from the game after the Space Station level 2 mark the player is automatically replaced by an AI unit if no human players remain for that faction.
In the event of a Sync Error the game is to be restarted.
Unless the Host Game Crashes, game will continue to the end.
Match Reporting
On Step 2, chose names of participating clans and enter which side they played on. If the match only has 2 sides you shouldn''''''''''''''''t have a Team 3 selected. If the match does involve 3 teams then you will have players for Team 1, Team 2, and Team 3. Enter in whether the game was played on the original Emprire at War or the Empire at War: FoC expansion (Note: This is required). In the Comment box add friendly comments if desired. If you are playing on the original game and are submitting the second game of the match you must state that you are doing so as well as give the game number of the frist reported half.
All players on a team will receive the same amount of points for the Ships/Station they destroyed.
Example: Team 1 destroys 2 Star Destroyers, 6 Tartan Cruisers, 3 Acclamators Cruiser, 1 Victory Cruiser, and a level 5 Space Station. Every Team 1 member receives 35 points and the win. Team 2 destroys 7 Corellian Corvettes, 3 Nebulon-B Frigates, 1 Corellian Gun Ship, 1 Pirate Interceptor Frigate, and 1 Mon Calamari Cruiser. Every member on Team 2 receives 18 points and a loss.
When submitting a match the members of the winning team receive a one (1) in the win column while the losing team receives a zero (0).
All matches must be submitted within 24 hours of being played.
Teams NOT reporting a game are REQUIRED to send the total points their team earned or the screen shot of their total points to the Reporting player. If the team NOT reporting does not get a screen shot of thier total points then the team who IS reporting may use the reporter''''''''''''''''s personal losses as the opponents total points.
When reporting a game that is the second half to a match played earlier in the event submitters are required to put “2nd half to match ##” (replacing “##” with the game number of the 1st half of the match).
If a the 2nd half of a match hasn’t been played (due to one team refusing to play, members of one team not getting online, etc) when the end of the event is nearing, members of the team that was available to play may submit the match as a forfeit in accordance with the forfeit rules below. If the match is a 1v1 this rule does not apply.
Forfeit Reporting
A forfeit cannot be deemed unless the situation is brought before a moderator or game director of Ecliptical Realms. A forfeit when all the players of one team leave the server after the Space Station level 2 mark will continue to be played until the game is finished.
In the case that members of opposing teams can not connect to each other and replacements can not be found the match can be thrown out (this rule is void if teams have already played as one faction).
Teams that are deemed in forfeiture will receive the following:
0 Points
Teams that are the victims of forfeiture will received the following:
20 Points
Each of these are to be reported for each team on each side in the match.
Black Balling
All instances of Black Balling are to be reported to Krayt88. If significant evidence is provided a Black Ball punishment will be reported against the player in question.
The punishment for Black Balling will be a loss and -30 points.

Second Strike: Punishment Report
Third Strike: Frozen From Event
Significant Evidence includes Screen Shots of Time Stamped (Required) conversations, any screen shots of the player in question in game, etc. |
