Acceptance of Terms of Use
Ecliptical Realms usage is provided free of charge to you by SWN Productions. You will need to register with Ecliptical Realms to be able to use these services. By registering with Ecliptical Realms, you are agreeing to be bound by these TOU. If you do not agree to these TOU, you should not enter or use Ecliptical Realms.

Registration Information
When you register with Ecliptical Realms, you will be required to provide Ecliptical Realms with the following information: your name, email address, member name and password. In addition, you may be asked to provide Ecliptical Realms with OPTIONAL additional information, including: your address, gender, age, information about your computer and Internet usage. Ecliptical Realms reserves the right to terminate your account if the Ecliptical Realms learns that you have provided Ecliptical Realms with false or misleading registration information, created multiple accounts, or used the registration system in a mis-useful way.

All registrants may receive email confirming their registration. We ask the minors under the age of 18 years of age to check with their parents before using our services. If a minor registers without the consent of a parent or guardian, such parent or guardian may cancel the registration by following the cancellation procedure or notifying Ecliptical Realms by email at maelstrom@eclipticalrealms.com

Termination
Ecliptical Realms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate your ability to access Ecliptical Realms upon any breach by you of the Terms of Use. Ecliptical Realms reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notification.

Fair Play
Members must exhibit good sportsmanship and follow the site rules at all times, win or lose.

Violation of rules, cheating, arguments and unfounded accusations against any members, clubs, or ER staff will not be tolerated and can lead to a temporary or total ban. Person(s) witness to these violations must bring it to the attention of an Ecliptical Realms Moderator. Screenshots, text chats and recorded conversations are recommended as a submission of proof. Without proof, the accusations can be deemed unfounded.

All claims will be investigated with fairness and within a respectable timeframe.

Ecliptial Realms will not tolerate any verbal attacks against its moderators, stats system, or site in general. However, credible feedback is always welcome. Credible feedback is deemed as identifying a problem and providing a solution.

Third Party Services
Ecliptical Realms may contain links to other related web sites, resources and/or sponsors of Ecliptical Realms. Ecliptical Realms is not responsible for the availability or content of these outside resources. Accessing these sites means your rights and obligations are governed by the agreements and policies of these sites. The use of Ecliptical Realms as public promotion, recruiting, or distribution of information having a negative impact on membership, participation, gameplay, or competition is prohibited and violates the Terms of Use of Ecliptical Realms.

Registration and Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Ecliptical Realms of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold each of Ecliptical Realms, and its affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Ecliptical Realms, the violation of these Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The materials contained within may not be modified or redistributed, in whole or in part, without written permission from Ecliptical Realms.
