We hijacked the DOTA area and replaced the game with Halo. There has been a lot of interest generated in bringing this game to ER. We will have events setup in the near future so stay tuned!

Good stuff. A number of clans still support Halo and have asked for the game service over the past year or two. Just need to build a viable rule and stat set now.

I dunno, this is a bit of an old game. To intruduce it so late i dunno. I think mabye a newer game thats gonna come out like frontlines fuel of war. Or command and conquer 3.

Still cool though but ill be glad to help after playing it since release.

It is an oldie for sure and I hope it'll still attract a good clan base. The servers have their quiet moments but still seeing over 1000 players at peak time is promising.

Ive heard when Halo 3 is released Halo 2 will be put on PC...

So with the option of Halo 2 comming this section will have a good chance.

Halo 2 on the PC contains the original Halo 2 as well as the Multiplayer Map Pack and a level editor, and it requires Windows Vista.

I think Halo 2 for PC will take time to impliment here cuase not everyone has upgraded to Vista yet.However starting with original Halo is a good start cause if you get things rolling with an established clan base you will have to roll over for Halo2 similar to like how SWBF clans rolled over into the SWBFII area.

I dont wanna upgrade to vista ontill they get rid / theres a crack for getting rid of all the stupid worthless crap of gadgets on it that take up so much RAM and other stuff.

Yes i love this game my clan [NES] will be attending this tournment and i am pleased to hear that others want to play this game it may be old but it is a fun game as long as you can get past the pepole who are nubs and yell HACKER if you hs them more than once in a round.... and all the nubs who have aimbots and hacks! Lovley game played sence release had [NES] for 3 years looking foward to this very much!

For the short term we can run the first event anytime as the setup needs testing and we have ER clans to help with that. If Halo takes off then we can set a regular schedule. Is everyone raring to battle?
