All,

As you should know, we have addressed the exploits/fixes in the stat system, made changes, and reviewed the outcome throughout events at ER. We have by no means giving up on this philosophy and it is unfortunate clubs decide to leave. We know there are issues with clans not wanting to play each other and the repeated play of lower ranked players. While the recent changes have helped with adding more weight to this type of play, it has not solved the issues of clans not playing each other.

As this is an "open" match event, it is very difficult for moderators to implement and enforce a challenge system. The logical correction is to "encourage" teams to play against each other. As we thought about this, we received a suggestion from a member that is a simple implementation and a good idea. We are implementing in this event a Minimum ARP to Rank for both Players and Clubs. This way, as the ARP changes as you play people, it is very difficult to manipulate, and if you fall below the minimum ARP, your recourse will be to play against higher ranked players. CW14 will be the first event with this implementation and we hope you see its advantages to the system and invite the clubs to try it out.

Yea, it was my fault. I was debugging the system while I created the event. We can always add clubs that missed the start.

I cant wait for the new stat! to see how it works, although im pretty sure its not gonna help much still it will be fun to have a new stat going about!
