Team management is responsible for ensuring all members of their team understand and follow these rules.

Screenshots
------------
Screenshots will be used to verify models/skins and drawviewmodel settings. All members of each team are required to take one screenshot per half of each match they participate in This rule may not be waived by either team, team leaders will require five total screenshots per half from each match for a total of 10 for his team
(If no leader , Designate someone to Collect and Keep these Screenshots for 2 weeks after the Match)Team leaders also must take a status screenshot of the console to verify player SteamID's in case of a dispute. ( Also keep for 2 weeks after the match)

Customization
------------
All members must use default models. Any player caught using enhanced, colored models, skins, sounds, hostage, grenade, weapon, and skins such as bomb skins will result in a forfeit loss for their team as well as the probability of further disciplinary action.

Messaging
---------
Only team leaders are allowed to use public in-game messages (messagemode1, or mm1) within the game. This rule also applies when dead.

Sportsmanship
-------------
All players must uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship when playing in a SourceWeek event.

Matchs
------

Matchs can be from 1v1 to 6v6

Subs
----
As in all sports, substitutes are allowed. Furthermore, substitutions may be made at any time during the match. In the case of a substitution, the member that is being subbed OUT must leave the match PRIOR to when the member subbing IN arrives into the match. This prevents unbalanced teams during a substitution. Substitutes must be on the roster and no exceptions will be permitted at any time.

Pausing a Match
---------------
No pausing is allowed under any circumstances. If a player gets disconnected continue playing and either wait for that player or get a Sub.

Calling a Match
---------------
No match should end prior to the completion of the game . If a team leaves the server prior to the completion of the game , the team that remains in the server will be awarded all remaining rounds as wins.

Bomb planting
--------------
It is legal to plant in hidden areas or in areas not normally reached through the use of boosting or jumping outside of the normal bomb zone as long as it is possible to defuse the bomb through normal means, including the use of boosting of a player to reach the bomb. If a bomb has been boost planted and the opposing team is unable to reach it due to a lack of players to reach the bomb, then it is still a legal plant. Silent planting is not allowed. Any team caught silent planting the bomb, whether purposefully or accidentally, will forfeit the remaining rounds that half.

Boosting
--------
Player boosting is legal with any number of players. Any area that can be reached on the map is considered a valid position as long as the position is not used to exploit the map by seeing into areas that are not intended. An example is being boosted in Aztec and looking through or over the wall to see where the opposing team is coming from.

Map Exploits
-------------
Any team taking advantage of any map exploits, whether new or known, will result in the forfeit for that match. Places like ledges that are accessible through boosting are valid, unless the location results in clipping or looking "over" the map. Multiple infractions of this rule will result in your team being suspended or removed from the league. This includes, but is not limited to the floating box in Nuke, the ledge bug in dust2, or the flash exploit in dust2 or cbble. However, such actions as throwing flashes over walls, as done in inferno and dust2 are perfectly legal. Also taking advantage of a missing texture or piece (which means that spot is see-through) will lead to penalties. SourceWeeks mods will have the final decision on whether something is an exploit.

Bans
-----
Banning while the match is live is NOT allowed. If it happens it will be considered a forfeit win for the opposing team.

Servers

Server Plugins
--------------
The use of server plugins is allowed but with limitations. Any plugin that causes a change in game play, including but not limited to: irregular sounds, irregular text on the screen, seeing what the other team is saying, and damage modifiers. Such plugins are to be disabled during game play.

Anti-Cheat
----------
The only anti-cheat that is accepted as definitive proof of cheating is the Valve/Steam in-game anti-cheat.

Server Crashs
-------------
f a server crashes before 3 rounds have been completed, the server must be restarted and the game's score is reset to 0-0. If the server crashes after the 3rd round has completed, the game must be restarted and played with the same score. Furthermore, the maxrounds of the half is changed to equal the remaining rounds left at the point of the server crash.

HLTV
-----
HLTV may be utilized if the hosting team wishes to have one present.

IRC Score Bot
-------------
IRC bots (HLSW) may be run, as long as both teams agree to their use. The bot is not allowed to broadcast any team_say information. If IRC scorebot is used without consent from the other team, the team who used it without permission may be suspended.

Screenshots
-----------

Please screenshot at the end of each half.

Reporting
----------
After completion of the game, the winning team should report the match scores within 48 hours of the match completion. Ideally you should report the match immediately.

Ties
----
In the incident of a tie, two 3-round halves (overtime) will be played with the overtime configuration executed. If the score is still tied after overtime, each team is awarded 1 point in the standings. Both teams may agree to replay overtime if they do not wish to end the match in a tie.

Please use the lo3ot.cfg With the ER configs and not the lo3.cfg , because the settings are different then lo3.cfg.

Disputes
--------
Disputes are taking very seriously at ER , Disputes should be reported to The Game director or Game mods , Followed with Valid proof (e.g Screenshot(s) Demo(s) ) Cheating / other disputes is taken very seriously and will be followed up with suspensions and bans.

BlackBalling
-------------
Blackballing is the avoiding of a player , e.g player A refuses to play Player B. Blackballing can also be dodging matchs with a play e.g not playing 1 player but 5-10min later going to play another player instead.

Server config
-------------
All servers MUST have the latest version of cfg running at the time of matchs

Cfg Mirrors
------------

The Config Can be downloaded from CAL

http://www.caleague.com/?page=files

Spectators
------------

Players are only allowed in spec in HLTV (SourceTV) and if Default Delay rate of 2 minutes (120 sec) is set.

Demo's
--------

Demo's are Compulsery , Every player must demo there matchs and keep the demo for atleast 2 weeks after that match has talken place , You must also produce the demo when Asked by a mod , if another player asks you , you must also give it to him if you have a problem with uploading it , there will be a public FTP available during SW for Demo upload and download.

Maps
----

Only Default maps and these following maps are available to choose from. Also the following maps may be used.

de_comrade_beta_2
de_contra_source
de_cpl_fire
de_cpl_mill
de_season
de_strike_rc3
de_strike_rc4
de_villa

The 2 teams must agree on what map they want to play on , if you cannot decide play on de_dust 2.

Sprays
---------
No porn sprays or real life gore or any other highly offensive images , No allusion sprays such as a CT model or T model or anything of that nature , The final decision as to if a spray is offensive or not will be decided by the CSS game Director.

------------- Public Servers ---------------------------

In the event of a server having public server's if a clan abuses the admins rights they are privlaged with it WILL result in punishments. These servers are affliated with eclipticalrealms.
