Please read the rules and if you feel like some things could change I will take that request serious and will respond with reasons.
Note that these rules are not binded to a period yet, the are atm subjected to potential changes to improve the structure of the event.

Main goal is to get fairplay back! JKA always has been a cool game because people in game chat and have fun playing and chatting.
In my opinion this is changing because some find it cool to use cheats or uberweird configurations....

How are we going to find out whether the player cheat?

you use your cheating eye you can tell if someone is cheating most of the time but you just cant say oh he cheats just because he beat ya 10 - 2 its more like he was a mile across the map and you got one shotted so i would be careful those who are planning on doing that or anything similar remember big brother is always watching !!! I cant tell you how happy a lot of people will be to see this.I think it will result in more overall matches since some people wont just sit on thier own server and only play matches there.

Cheers!

well fact is...

We must do something against Cheaters.

OK there is m_yaw and sense, people can make the mousespeed faster which is OK. I also got a fast mouse and I can poke a little.... it's also a skill to poke in my opinion. But still aim and timing is better then poke.
But recently I saw players that seemed more far away and I felt like their saber was modified somehow.

What to do to keep this event clean.... hard to tell. But we must do something before people stop playing because a few like to ruin it for the rest.

the thing is that with more "cheaters" the less people play because it takes the fun out of it it is hard to tell if some one is cheating but you can still tell like i said if all of the sudden you got saber rubbed and you died somethings up, if you got hit when the players saber was out of reach then somethings up also

Everything that have been said here doesn't cancel one simple fact and the fact is that we don't have a way of proving a claim that someone is a cheater. For example if your opponent was 2 meters away and now you are dead it can mean that you/he lagged.

We can't even prove that there were cheaters before!

true.... Mike so true

that is why I wanted to discuss it...

should we be the judge if someone haxes to protect the game? should we intervene when we think it is needed to save the game for the rest?

hard this is

anyway... I just made this:

says it all imo =)
